PAPrKA: How active are people after Knee Replacement surgery?
Who is running the study?
The University of Manchester is leading the PAPrKA research study. We are working in partnership with King's College London and with support from the National Joint Registry.
This website is hosted by King’s College London on its secure health research platform called RADAR-base.
The PAPrKA study is part of the Health Research from Home programme led by the University of Manchester.
The Health Research from Home programme received funding from the UK Research and Innovation Medical Research Council (UKRI MRC) to carry out our important work.
What is the research about?
You are being invited to take part in the Physical Activity Patterns after Knee Arthroplasty (PAPrKA) study which aims to:
- Learn more about people’s recovery after knee replacement so that in the future patients and doctors can make better informed decisions about knee replacement surgery.
- Improve people’s experience of taking part in studies like PAPrKA.
